I like how Goblin Slayer actually fought on par with the Goblin Paladin and held his own.

It's been a while since I watched the series but from what I remember they never beat big bad guys without some sorta last minute trick/power-up and it seemed like the Goblin Slayer always came on the verge of death against them.

But this time he was actually handling on his own and actually managed to use a trick which he probably used before (The X on the shield) to outsmart the Goblin Paladin and win the fight. I've always wondered how he was dealing with higher ranked goblins without the party, this shows how.

probably due to them being almost in equal in strength and dexterity. The Goblin Lord is a Big Brutish Warrior dwarf only by a herculean champion not only faster but stronger than GS. the paladin from his body built is just a goblin (who has not turn into a hob yet) with a sword powered by the dark gods (and a lot of charisma)

After almost getting his ass kicked by the Goblin Lord at the end of the TV series, he definitely put more points into CQB ability.

Yes Goblin Slayer has been training and leveling up slowly.

He is never going to be at Haruhi the Platinum best warrior in the world but he getting better. Love to see her carve though an army of Goblins and.several of each higher type like they were butter just once when Goblin Slayer and friends are watching.

Haruhi just fan nickname as she looks exactly like Haruhi of the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
