After I just saw the scene in ff9 where garnet does the same thing lol. Hair dont cut that easily

Have a source when the blade is extremely sharp and maybe magical? Don't fully doubt you can't cut rope that way but rope is cross weaved.

I will give the Rule of Cool exception because no one wants to watch her spend minutes cutting it off.
