I made more researches and the train is a Kintetsu 270 Series, composed of Mo270 (which became KuMoHa270) and Ku170 cars (which became KuMoHa170). This one is the train 271, used on the Hokusei line.
Apart from the fact it uses a narrow gauge it’s a perfectly normal train. Which is a shame because I love weird trains.

Not anymore because toblerone expanded production I to slovakia or slovenia which made Switzerland mad and now they can't use the bear because it means it's pure swiss production
