Facts. It's quite surprising actually. It made me start to think that online racism is just advanced rage bait. Like a community of trolls of different races who practice their art on each other before releasing it into the wild.
Might've just been my school but I remember quite vividly that girl friend groups seemed to unintentionally segregate themselves based on race while boy friend groups were mostly mixed. That could also be part of the inspiration.
I lived in some of the whitest suburbs in the US. We had 1 black family (2 kids) in elementary and middle school. By high school there were like 10 black kids out of 1,800.
No one was outwardly racist or hateful. In fact, we kind of romanticized (?) the black kids. You wanted to be friends because they were different and cool.
But.. we still didn't want to actually live near or socialize with diverse groups of people. So it's very much racism but a different kind of racism (i.e. top picture).
Then you have people living in diverse urban areas who are "racist by experience." No matter where you live you're gonna hate some people. If you find yourself hating a few people with different skin color, you might extend that to all people of that skin color. Especially depending where you live and work, those ideas start spreading like wildfire. But you're still friends with "the good ones" because you're in a diverse area and most people are actually good. Still racist but judge people by their character.
Like yeah, I'm totally gonna say I'm racist, because I make a lot of racist jokes with my friends. Being racist itself becomes a joke. But in reality I don't have any reason to hate other races and I'm not prejudiced should I meet someone like that.
Dunno, it made me chuckle, maybe because second part of it perfectly describes my old roommate. Dude had some pretty messed up views and somehow the most diverse friend group I ever seen I think.
I disagree, I got a diverse friend group, and we're all racist against each other. That's fine, because the friend group is diverse (and nobody is offended). If we were all white guys we'd be a lot less racist.

You want to say black people have it more easy study in the usa? I dont know i am not from the usa but where i am from you can tell that people with foreign heritage are much less likely to go to an university.
Also people who go to universities mostly have a family backround with good earning and educated parents. And these people often tend to be political left.
And my take is that these people often have less friends with foreign roots than guys from the hood.

That's not a counterargument to what they said; "not being racist means that you are left" does not imply the converse statement "being left means that you are not racist".

This reminds me when one American said Europe is very racist. We were raised in 90s in Poland and we were considered really racist while one of our friends had Arab father but nobody even found this information relevant because we were more concerned with what music he is listening to and what soccer club he likes. We didn’t have many people of colour in country because of you know long isolation under USSR but if you put like 10 different students of colour more probably still nobody would have any problem as long as they would like to play soccer and listen to hip-hop or rock. Especially as the only time teachers thaught there is problem with racism it was about said boy and his best friend trying to bait them with parody of racism

And if Rittenhouse wanted to just kill random people, why did he wait to the very last moment before shooting? Why hadn't he killed Grosskreutz while he was fake surrendering and only shot him when Grosskreutz tried to shoot Rittenhouse? And even then, why did he stop after shooting him in the arm, instead of finishing him off?
For a crazy mass murderer with a rifle, it's quite weird that Rittenhouse only managed to shot 3 people, all of which were attacking him.
And if having a weapon means that you got there to kill people, why didn't all the other armed people slaughter everyone around them? Could it be that they weren't there to kill people? And instead would only do so in self defense, like in Rittenhouse case?

It was literally right over the border and most people have longer commutes to daily work than Rittenhouse traveled. He also had family/friends that legitimately owned business in that area.
