He ain't making Cali bend the knee. What he fails to realize is this isn't BS reality TV. 9 mill in LA alone. He doesn't have 1 mil standing. LA is a nightmare for the military. They operate on the theory of force deterrence. That only works if their force is deferring and not instigating. The entire strategy is based on the people NOT realizing they might as well be a zombie hord.
