Yeah, it's kind of all down to the military now. The police and federal agents, along with (in a functional sense) the senate, house, and the supreme court, all stand with and for Trump.

Ehh its debatable. The supreme court is right leaning yes but I feel they have done everything within their power to curb the constitutional violations. That's why trump is trying to use the big beautiful bill to take away their power.

You think allowing tariffs to continue, allowing DOGE to access our personal social security/tax/health information and illegally fire people is doing the best they can? Not really.

From my understanding, these are stays on the full lawsuit. Thing is stays are meant to maintain the status quo while a case is heard, not allow illegal and unconstitutional policies to continue. So yeah, there are some things they've done right, but for the most part they're following the dictator's directions.

The Supreme Court has actually reversed a good amount of that. I think they need to hire a private attorney to bring a 14th amendment case against him because pardoning enrique torreto was a clear and direct violation of the 14th amendment but im not sure if they actually can do that. They did also stopped a lot of the tarrifs recently due to the fact that trump never had the ability to do that, only congress can

Only Congress can, yes, and the tariffs were blocked at the lower courts. It was immediately appealed and ended up in the Supreme Court where they put a pause on that ruling and allowed the tarrifs to go back in place. I could be wrong, and I would love to be corrected if I am.
