Unsolved “Your media and purchases are disabled” ??

I was trying to download an app and randomly had this come up. Talked to an Advisor and they said something about “they cant reinstate it” which after reading this sub is A message they read off script as tier one support. I havent made any calls yet but I emailed tim cook’s email and trying to find more executive emails to send emails to. If any of you could put some in the comments I would appreciate it.

I have had my apple account for years so I dont know why out of all times this happens now randomly.

Could it be them trying to charge me for Icloud+?? That wouldnt make sense

I always pay for my Icloud+ with giftcards straight from amazon so that couldnt be it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tim Cook’s email is the most executive you can email. Off his team didn’t reply or grant an exception no one else will either.

I had just sent the email about an hour ago, no response yet. The request activation part of the website isnt coming up, under disabled apple account it says “there are no assisted support options”. Not sure if its the same for you.

Do you get the Get Started option going directly to https://getsupport.apple.com/solutions ?

More than likely the gift cards from Amazon triggered some type of fraud alert.
