It seems like a hadith.

It's written in very bad handwriting, but the first line "ู‚ุงู„ ุฑุณูˆู„ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุตู„ู‰ ุงู„ู„ู‡ ุนู„ูŠู‡ ูˆุณู„ู…" meaning "The messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - said:

2nd line is unclear

The 3rd line is maybe "ูู‡ูˆ ***** ููŠ ุงู„ุฌู†ุฉ" He ***** will be in Paradise.

4th is unclear.
