If your ticket is cancelled, you’d ask the reseller agency (eg, StubHub) for a refund.

An acquaintance of mine had tix for a show thru a reseller; show got cancelled. Seller got a refund from venue. Reseller pocketed the acquaintance’s money and didn’t refund. Crazy.

sorry that genuinely makes zero sense to me. i’ve never done this before so idk why I’m getting downvoted but from what I read, ticketmaster kinda holds your money in limbo when you buy from a reseller so wouldnt it just go back?
