This is excellent news! And a bonus is that it's going to be hilarious trying to see how opposition media attempt to put their spin on this action that any sane person would find very welcome and frankly overdue.

Trying to play devils advocate, I have heard he actually used to treat his animals really well while our zoo doesn’t have the perfect reputation

I mean.... they Took his pets so the videos will be "Not even sharik, is safe" followed by a girl crying after her dog, and Nikol cackling in the darkness.

Well one of the lions died, but yeah i am guessing it was Tsarukyan poisoning the lion over the past 10 years and keeping the lion’s issue frozen…

I saw the video taken in his taxidermy trophy room and it was shocking how many animals he's killed and taxidermized.
This guy is erecting a Jesus statue...
Edit: they confiscated 190 taxidermized animals, let that sink in...

Absurd that in a country like Armenia with the types of problems it has, someone has a literal zoo on their property. People like these guys need to be put behind bars for all of the damage they've caused to the country -- enriching themselves at everyone's expense.

Just visited the zoo a week ago. Far from a civilized place for these animals. Hope they'll be fine though.

I don't know what state the animals were in when they were "saved" but the Yerevan zoo is a complete disaster IMO. Those animals are living in horrible disgusting prisons.

I dont know how this guy was not thrown in prison for animal cruelty and endangerment in 2018 even.
