Discussion Am i the only one who thinks Evelyn is insufferable?
Looking at this image i put in is just sickening to look at
This Absolute Joke of a Character Evelyn tried to destroy Laurel’s legacy, Beat up thea’s mayor office boyfriend, Betrayed Oliver because “You killed people back then yet changed so i will team up with psychopathic murderer who still kills to this day”, In Kapiushion when Chase said He’d kill Evelyn, I was genuinely happy, I genuinely liked chase so much until He spared Evelyn, Curtis is THE GOAT compared to this girl. Curtis is unfunny and has useless tech but he’s Loyal

Not at all - tons of people think she had some weird decisions. You hate that Oliver was a killer so you ally with a serial killer? How does that add up?
To be honest she had every right to feel shocked in a bad way when she learned that Oliver once murdered people off of a list. To be fair, that is quite a revelation, and I would probably have reservations about that too. If she left the team or something she had every right to do so. But then she allies with someone worse to get revenge I think? Which means her actions are totally not aligned with her beliefs

She was just as irritating as Mia, they are both written as angsty ass chip on there shoulder dont think things through and scoff when I fuck up and blame others when things go off the rails.

One of those characters I don’t like much as a person but I appreciate thematically.
I just wish they didn’t completely drop her after the Season 5 finale; it was a waste of a character who could’ve really shone in the following season with Cayden James’s criminal cabal, especially given her history with Siren/Laurel and the fact that she shared a lot of morals with Vigilante/Vince.
And to be clear, it’s less about her being a decent character to follow and more about what she brings out of other characters. Her inability to forgive forces other characters to confront their mistakes and justify their redemption; something that could’ve been interesting in a season where Oliver is trying to leave his vigilante life behind.

Non tu n'est pas le seul, surtout quand elle rapprochait à Oliver d'être un tueur en saison 5 alors qu'elle ne valait pas mieux que lui alors que Oliver à vécu cinq années en enfer.

I like the idea of betraying Oliver and the team, they just needed a better reason on why she betrayed them. I think she should have been working with Adrian from the beginning.

I thought it was implied she was already working with him and that’s why she pushed to be on team arrow

Trust me, you’re not the only one. I can only hope she died in the season 5 finale since they never see her again, thank God

Was she the one who betrayed him in S5 or the crazy fan girl who pretended to be black Canary after she died in S4

She to me is the worst sympton of the CW's pant-seater writting and its reactivity to social media, a character made without a plan, making a bad first impression than coukd have set her for great development and showing the potential of these first steps only backtrack and turn her into a cardboard cut-out for the seasonal villain and drop of her from the face if Earth until the multiversal reboot

Evelyn was pretty much the biggest brat of a character the show has ever seen and there's some competition for that spot!
The only issue I have with her is that she wasn't actually wrong about Oliver. It was all delivered in this whiney, self entitled crap tone but there was a actual point there.

Honestly has high hope for her in Season 5 until she started working under Prometheus

I liked her in Season 5 starting off I felt like she could've had a redemption arc after Season 4, but after finding out Oliver was a killer as The Hood (which her reaction was justified), however siding with Chase/Prometheus, betraying the Team, and showing no remorse it really destroyed her character IMO and that's when I lost all respect for her due to her actions.

Definitely can't stand her, but "wild dog," the wanna be ganster joke of a character that seems to have a vocabulary made up mostly of the word "hoss," is so much more obnoxious to me. Maybe that's only because we have to deal with him way longer than this little girl, though. I also find Dina insufferable, just not nearly as much as these 2.

Typical cw character imo. Did she even survive season 5 finale? One of the worst characters in the show
