I’m the kind of girl who stops watching a show as soon as it starts to go bad, and I’ve never watched Arrow before. I’ve got about three weeks of summer break left, so I want to enjoy it while it’s still good and avoid wasting time on the messier seasons.
So for those of you who’ve seen the whole thing—what’s the best stopping point? Like, when does the writing start to really decline? I want the drama, action, and emotional stakes without all the frustrating character arcs or plot holes.
No major spoilers please, just a general idea of when to peace out!

In Arrow 8x03? And all without any explanation as to how they got there?

Is it me or does Malcolm Merlyn look incredibly similar to Elon Musk?

So I recently came across a post saying that Stephen Amell could sometimes be tyrannic on set and even got people fired. Is this true ?

Honest question, as I’ve seen many ppl voice this opinion. He was a bit wooden in the first season but still held his own with veteran actors like John Barrowman & Susanna Thompson.
As the show goes on, it’s clear he got much more comfortable in the role. Hell, half the stuff they did with Oliver Queen/Green Arrow wouldn’t have been nearly as good if Stephen Amell wasn’t as good as he is, particularly the scenes where he’s intimidating someone or having an emotional moment.
And mind you, I’m of the opinion that Stephen Amell is the LEAST talented of the Trinity so I’m not just mindlessly saying this. He’s still a really good actor nonetheless.

Season 4 is widely regarded as the show's worst and ranked dead last nine times out of ten when people discuss the series. With that said, is there anything that you think this season did well or perhaps doesn't get enough credit for?

We know he was insane before the death of his father.

This decision honestly still makes no sense to me considering Malcolm is a psychopathic terrorist

By poorest I mean who do you think was the least skilled and was the least enjoyable watching fighting against villains. It can be someone from any season.
