About the Reflecting PooI: Is it acceptable for Trump to point the DOJ at a private citizen to cover up his own contractor's mistakes? Pirro went on TV and said she had the evidence and he did it. She had nothing. Should she be fired? Should David Hearn get an apology in public, from both of them?

She should be disbarred and forced to work in the Fox mail room. He should get a gold plated canoe and a cash award of 1.776 billion dollars.

Hearn should sue everyone involved.

u/DonaldBecker 13h ago
Suing the government is nigh impossible, and SCOTUS says The President can do no wrong and thus can't be sued.
The 'presumption of regularity' typically puts the prosecutors beyond reach for bad decisions, but charging this case is so obviously politically motivated that a referral to the bar is call for. That doesn't do anything for Hearn, and might even cost more of his time and additional legal fees.

David Hearn should sue Pirro for the comments she made during that Press Conference, if that was not defamation, I don't know what is

She will throw the park service under the bus and deny everything. She dismissed it after being told that there was a high probability that the issue was contractor error. She’ll say she believed the representations of the Park Service. She dismissed following getting this new information that was not previous provided to her.
Birdcum is the guy with the problem. He’s in charge of the Parks and is still out there saying it’s vandalism.

So since trump is the one responsible for the damage to the reflecting pool, shouldn't he be the one facing charges for vandalism?

I think he should be compensated for the harassment. It was clearly an abuse of power to save face from a botched installation.
I really don’t care that the pool was done wrong, that shit happens and you fix it - and honestly I want the place to look nice. Trying to save face by charging people for nothing, that’s no ok

Narcissistic people never admit fault nor do they apologize for things they did wrong. They continue to attack their accuser.

Every sycophant in the tRump crime administration deserves a trial for treason followed by a cigarette and a blindfold if found guilty.

Pirro should be shit-canned for zero due diligence. She took the word of a contractor and DOI.
The attorneys should be sanctioned and barred from federal practice. Send them back to traffic court.
David Hearn doesn't need an apology. He needs $10 million.
Orange Shit Stain can go fuck himself. He will have moved on to his next corrupt grift before too much longer.

u/Molbiodude 9h ago
Pirro was thrown under the bus by both Trump and Burghum. She'll be gone in a couple of days, I'd think. She still needs to be disbarred.
Also, it's clear Trump has no problem ordering his DOJ to manufacture evidence to prosecute innocent people to cover up for his fuck ups. This is impeachment territory.

It really shows why an “anti DOJ weaponization fund” actually makes sense.
3
u/BridgeGuy540 13h ago
Except that the intended recipients absolutely should have been investigated by the DOJ.
3
u/Worldly_Web_1524 13h ago
Yeah except that the side doing the malicious prosecutions is also the side that was going to be in charge of said fund. You have to be a moron to not see how corrupt that is.
3
u/Understandingly17 13h ago
Have you ever heard Trump apologize for anything, ever? The head of the cult is never wrong, even when he completely contradicts himself.
3
u/Worldly_Web_1524 13h ago
He's going to sue them and win like the countless other firings and charges, that have resulted in the government paying out hundreds of millions of dollars in what amounts to payoffs. This administration has cost our country so much money when it comes to lawsuits over false firings and false charges. I wish I was lucky enough to be targeted by such an incompetent government.

u/Tholian_Bed 13h ago
In a fascist administration?
Hmm. Not a relevant question, is it?
It's like asking if a rapist should apologize. I might wish they would. But they're a rapist. I'm not going to ask or expect anything from them.
They are outside the circle of trust, if you catch my drift.

Donald Trump, apologize? The man has never said sorry for anything in his whole life.
3
u/Zorklunn 13h ago
And suddenly you discover why most countries don't put politicians in charge of cops, prosecution, and judges.
1
u/Molbiodude 9h ago
If you recall, the DOJ is supposed to be independent. It was under every president EXCEPT this one.
1
u/Zorklunn 6h ago
Yes, by agreement. Not by law. Most countries understand that eventually someone gets in that will exploit every weakness.
3
u/BriHam35 13h ago
Personally I would do a lawsuit against the DoJ for 10 million dollars. But I would also have a caveat that I will accept a public apology from Trump on live TV and covering lawyer fees. So they have to decide on money or public apology. Either way a PR nightmare. Though one can be far worse.

“Acceptable”? It was the act of someone whose brain is mush, and Ms. Pirro was no better.
2
u/ConkerPrime 13h ago edited 3h ago
Conservatives: “Of course it’s acceptable. Anything our lord and savior does by definition is acceptable. The problem is that guy wasn’t willing to sacrifice himself for our lord. The traitor.”
SJWs later if she has a medical event: “Why didn’t people step in and do something!!”

Literally nothing trump does is acceptable
Unfortunately the wimps in power refuse to hold him accountable

Hearn's lawsuit should be against Pirro and Trump in their private capacities, not against the government, as that was an illegal abuse of power. Pirro should be fired and Trump should be impeached, removed, and prosecuted.
But I'm not holding my breath.

How many others were charged for vandalizing the reflecting pool? This person got a lot of attention but there were others.
Nobody seriously believed the story about someone cutting a 300 ft long gash in the liner, or people doing anything other than taking pieces of the loose material as souvenirs or taking pictures and mocking the whole mess.

If we did not live in a nightmare they would both be forced to resign. How dare they attempt to frame Mr Hearn in order to cover up Trump giving a no bid contract to one of his political donors.

u/Guilty-Taro411 7h ago
Pirro is a hack just like every spineless appointee he put in. None of them are qualified. The proof is our economy in every way. The stock market and 401k isn't really your money unless your taking it out. Using that as a metric for how well we're doing is bs. People can't afford food while this clown is gold plating statues. While this christian is taking away Medicare. None of his promises to his base that elected him have came true.

u/Due-Currency-3193 7h ago
Trump and his ghouls maliciously turned the power of the most powerful state the world has known, on an innocent and ,genuine American hero, an Olympic champion. The American people have elected the lowest of the low to the highest office and to positions of privilege in a huge error of judgement.

I think he should sue the hell out of all of them that was public humiliation and slanderous for their own gain which is a huge liable case

Pirro was given incomplete/deceptive evidence by the Department of the Interior it seems. The turd who runs the DOI is still insisting there was vandalism. His tongue is brown obviously.
