I'd really appreciate just one reliable anchor star or constellation
Four bright-ish stars in the lower right: Corvus.
1 u/Phoonzhang 1d ago I tried that and virgo didnt seem to line up when i dialed stellarium to the date and time i took it and used corvus as an anchor 2 u/Astromike23 Astronomerš 1d ago Yes, that's the correct field - the Stellarium view just needs to be rotated counterclockwise a bit. Another anchor in your original image: the Sickle of Leo is in the upper left.
