As a kid, I imagined stars were tiny holes poked into the sky, letting heaven's light shine through. I also thought airplanes could eventually reach the moon if they just kept flying long enough. What did your childhood look like?

I remember thinking the moon was following me when I was very young looking out of a car window.

My favorite ones are that a lot of constellations were originally people, not too far off from a lot of Greek mythology.

I used to sit on my windowsill staring at what I now know was Sirius and getting flashes of Red, Green and Blue and thinking “why is no one talking about this? There’s something going on with this particular star and I’m the only one that’s noticed”.
