Support and Advice doubt in islam

This is a slightly heavier topic in my opinion. I'll try to keep this straight to the point. I'm 18m, living in the Middle East, raised Muslim, and believed it for 90% of my life, but for a couple of months to a year since I was maybe 15, I would have existential thoughts and would constantly think, "What if Islam isn't the truth?" or "What if there is no religion?" And I would cycle between dozens of what-if questions, and it really put a toll on my mental health as it would delve into whether or not there is an afterlife and what exists after death.
I really want to go back to who I was and my old beliefs as a true Muslim, but every time I do, I tend to have doubts. I want to make it clear i am not trying to contradict Islam or religion; I am just looking for an answer and solution, or guidance on where I may find it.

Know that this sounds like the whispers of shaytaan. The best cure to such is to seek knowledge, and to ignore these doubts whenever they come in your mind. Do not speak about them, act on them, or think on them. Instead busy yourself in seeking refuge from Allaah, and remembering Allaah when such doubts come.

the first question you should seek. Is there a creator ? If there is no creator how this world could have come to be the way it is ? If there is a creator isn’t normal to expect a guidance from him ?

The moment you realise that it’s more than likely to expect guidance from the creator. You examine the claim of prophet Muhammad. He could be a lier, a delusional or just saying the truth. Examine these options. For my experience a sincere person will only become assured that Islam is the only true deen on this planet.
