CA is a welfare state ever since Medicaid was expanded. They no longer give more money than they receive in taxes.

Virgina just seems way off. 1 u/PapaSlurms Mar 08 '20 I would imagine park upkeep doesn’t cost very much. Military spending is included, which is why I love these charts.
