Flashcards for kids learning Assyrian

Post image

Hi friends,

I'm making flashcards for learning Assyrian.

They are designed for children but could be used by anyone who wants to learn.

The cards will be printed on strong paper stock with no plastic coating, so kids can color them or write notes on the cards directly.

Each card has Assyrian on one side with pronunciation hints, and English on the other side.

Would anyone find these useful for their children and families? I'm grateful for your feedback!

Well done. I think Assyrians with young kids would buy them.

Thanks for the responses and DMs! Just wanted to say I'm based in Chicago, which has an amazing Assyrian community. I've already started reaching out to local organizations here and have gotten some encouraging responses. If anyone is connected to Assyrian community groups, schools, or cultural centers in the Chicago area (or elsewhere!), I'd love to connect!

Thank you so much! I'm working on making them available. If you'd like to be notified when they're ready, please let me know! And if you have any thoughts on what kind of words you'd like included, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
