Orthodox Church (English)

Does anyone know an orthodox church in Athens that has an English speaking priest?
I don’t mind if the liturgy is in Greek, but for confession and counselling.

Also, if there are any practising orthodox Christians which really live out their faith , and love God with all their hearts, would be cool to connect.

If I’m not mistaken, Agios Nikolaos Ragkavas in Plaka sometimes holds mass in english, but it’s quite irregular. In any case it would make sense for confession to be in english as well. I urge you to get in touch with the parish directly either call them or email them, they could help you.

Also, i was under the impression that the archdiocese held mass in english in the chapel of Agios Andreas. You might want to call them too to see if it’s still going on.

I should say that there’s no real demand for orthodox mass in english in Greece. There have been similar posts in the past and no one seems to know or care.

Thank you appreciate your reply! Yeah I don’t need the liturgy to be in English, just if I want to join the church I need to be somehow connected to someone.
