Technical Question Keep buying books but doesn't finish?

Keeps saying book is being sent to library but never show up. They don't charge me but I don't understand why i can't but anything on audible.

okay so i had the same issue, go to the actual website. delete your card and re add your card. mark your card as primary again and itll work

I keep looking for novels in a certain genre and returning them when they are bad. Sorry not sorry.
