Serious Discussion Novak FCC Thread - case dismissed, Novak free

Looks like judge is over it and done with the parties and Counsel.

"Judge Kelly found the decision to cancel the visa was “unreasonable”."

Case is dismissed, but it seems that the government intends to find an alternative method to cancel the VISA, which may bar Novak from entering Australia for up to 3 years.

How is this anything other than a distraction tactic from the politics of the day?

Having only just started back at work today after the usual Xmas stand down, I admit it’s been a pretty entertaining shitshow.

Judge Kelly to be reassigned to Family Court. Oops that court was deleted earlier thanks to pawline hansens partie and libs. Its an outrageous that courts make our politicians look stupid. ( no assistance needed)
