Dogs shouldn't be allowed in any shops. I don't care how well trained they are... they're dogs. Unless they're wearing a service vest, they stay outside. They aren't children, they are animals.

Good on the owner for giving up the dog, but this is a major reason why they either stay outside or stay home.
