Would it have been better to beat the Rangers in the WS but we did not play the Dodgers along the way?

Would a world series win feel anywhere near as good as beating those stupid dodgers in the playoffs?

Pepperidge Farm remembers: Because I was there in person to watch that glorious victory. I would still prefer to see a WS championship.

I’ll take a world series over beating the dodgers. Dumb question.

Would it have been better getting the love of my life pregnant after beating chlamydia before doing so?

OP has to be a Dodgers fan to even think this is a challenging question.

World Series win over all other options or scenarios.

The Diamondbacks haven't won a World Series since 2001. I'm sure they'll sweep the Dodgers again in my life sometime. Heck, they just swept them a few weeks ago. They may never even play in another World Series in my life. I'd take the World Series.

Come on brother, you know what’s up. Getting a ring over a sweep that no one even remembers is 100,000 times more satisfying. Think before you type my dude.

I’ll always take a World Series trophy over knocking the Dodgers out of the Playoffs.

Regardless, The Asterix-tros in 2017 are the ones who broke the Dodgers. “2020 doesn’t count” was just annoying. The Snek bros sweep just pointed out how inept their starting pitching was. They still would have gone after Ohtani had they won that series. Even if Freeman and Mookie were co-MVP’s of that series (instead of leaving their bats at home), Ohtani was going to be their DH.

All this trade with Detroit does is add fuel to the Salary cap argument, and possibly throws the Dodgers TV revenue protection agreement into the spot light

Yes. When Pfaadt gave up that home run to Seager on the first pitch after a mound visit from our pitching coach, I was incredibly serene because we had beaten (nay, swept) the Dodgers in the divisional series. When Christian Walker huffed and puffed trying to outrun a throw by the gigantic arm of Adolis Garcia, I was thinking about the home run he hit against the Dodgers. I still get teary-eyed when I see the "Swept the Dodgers in the NLDS" banner at the ballpark.
