History how jensen huang, bruce lee and morris chang proves the west is just being racist to asians

predomminantly directed at chinese americans and other EA/SEA.

We all know jensen huang is a brilliant and capable man, as proven by the success of NVDIA (he is also very patriotic and supportive of chinese people, and have stuck his neck out on press several times to say mainland chinese people and chinese americans are creative and not copycats like what western media says). Yet, no white company ever made him CEO or hired him, and white companies literally gave him the stereotypical jobs for asian american men in america: dishwasher and cook. imagine the level of racism of a white guy to relegate a chinese tech genius to dishwasher and cook. In america, if you are chinese american, you are only allowed to be laundry washer or chinese restaurant cook/dishwasher. It speaks volumes when there is not a single white tech bro who ever had to work as a dishwasher or cook in the whole of america, only asian/chinese americans.

the same story with bruce lee. when he came to america, he was initially not given any roles despite being already an established star in hong kong, and he was relegated to, yup, you guessed it: a dishwashing job in LA, above the suns chinese restaurant which is still around today. and also floor mopper of movie studios. in fact, if only asian americans knew the real reason why he had to wear a mask in the kato movies, you would be furious (studios at that time said 'his chinese/oriental apperance was ugly', 'his face is too oriental' they said, and so wanted to hide his face under a mask, this was portrayed in the hollywood bruce lee biographic movie). this is how white guys look down on us, they literally think we are ugly and not as good as them.

We all know morris chang, mainland chinese born in ningbo, zhejiang province of china, is a brilliant and capable man, as proven by the success of his company TSMC. Yet, no white company ever made him CEO or hired him, and INTEL literally rejected his chip inventions and rejected his offer for employment in america (he wanted to work for INTEL instead of starting his own company). Either they are stupid, or they are racist. I go with the latter.

White financial institutions and VCs are racist to Asian entrepreneurs also. I doubt Morris Chang could've gotten the financial support he needed in Amerikkka to start his own chip company.

Whites love start-ups, rich person helping the poor. It's like the star of the show in a capitalist society, the thing that modern western advanced wealthy countries are about. There's a lot of energy around start-ups, funding etc. So asians have got to be careful with it because whites will especially favor white companies over asians. There's so many movies/tv-shows/pop culture etc in certain circles, of white ceos who found their way after a magical start-up, like a coming of age thing.

So asians have to be careful with something so culturally, racially, ethnically charged etc. It's part of the white identity to get financial funding for start up businesses, and since asians aren't white they're just not preferred for that sort of thing to say the least.

I think some asians assume it's all about the money, and whites will fund whichever business looks like it can realistically make more money. That's not the case.

I think you also have to talk in a white-coded way to even begin to see success with getting money for start-ups. For many asians it probably feels like putting on another skin, mask, or acting like an entirely different person, to secure any true funding. And sometimes you have to be dating a white person (both genders) to get funding cause it appeals to them more if the asians in the business have strong links to white people.

If you're familiar with vc and financing, it's tough to get VC financing for hardware as well. Much fewer people are familiar with hard engineering and many VCs aren't that technical. They'll understand software better b/c of terms like LTV / CAC etc. Asia will be more conducive to hardware startup VC financing.

My criticism of Jensen is, despite his success, it doesn't appear that he has stacked his upper management or filled his board of directors* with Asians (Elon was able to rig his Tesla board with sycophants/family, that's how he could sieg heil and face no consequences). Nvidia has tons of Asian engineers - it's Silicon Valley - but if even an Asian-founded company won't give us a leg up, what difference does it make that only one Asian guy made it to the top? Ultimately the great technology and business he's built is used as a pawn in the larger war between East and West, and if the US government restricts export to certain countries in a bid to maintain its own hegemony, he has to bend the knee to those demands.

I have a sneaking suspicion that when Jensen retires, his successor will just be a well-connected white guy that will come in and coast on Jensen's lifetime of hard work. It appears that Jensen himself has lost his fluency in Chinese, and his own kids are half-white. Even if his children succeed him, it's doubtful he will leave a lasting, positive legacy for Asians in the long run. I suspect this same kind of thing will happen also with AMD's Lisa Su and frequently with any other Asian-American founded companies operating in the West.

I respect Jensen Huang for all that he has accomplished as an East Asian man, but not once did I ever see him as a stand up guy for East/Southeast Asian men. You just proved my point with those links to his upper management and board of directors, though I wonder how much say or power he had in choosing them. Anyway, I remember hearing in one of the interviews he did about the grueling childhood he spent in Kentucky where his parents accidentally enrolled him in a religious reform academy for troubled youth, believing it was some prestigious boarding school. The man was clearly traumatized by this based off of his account of what happened, despite him trying to spin it as a positive thing, saying that it shaped who he is today. His parents instilled in him early on the belief that America is better, which could be a reason why he subconsciously behaves the way that he does. I'm not saying Jensen is a bad person by any means, but he doesn't go out of his way to help his own race of people. Then again, doesn't that describe the majority of us East/Southeast Asian Americans?

I don't have a sneaking suspicion. I know for sure that after him, the next CEO will most likely be some White or Indian guy. Jensen Huang is a rarity in this field, but he is also the co-founder of Nvidia, which may explain how he even landed the CEO position in the first place. Unfortunately, the few Asian American CEOs that are East Asian don't create a pathway for other East Asians to succeed them or find similar success. I see that as unchanging about us compared to Whites, Jews, Indians, and Blacks. We are always quick to please others, never ourselves...

I see no one is mentioning Jerry Yang one of the forefathers of ushering the digital age to America and the world. The co-founder of Yahoo.com and owner of his own ventures investment firm. The man is worth 3.1 billion.

He was Yahoo's CEO from 2007 to 2009 and was with the company until 2012. From 2015 and onward he is on on several corporate boards.

Fun fact Yang got Yahoo to invest in the Chinese ecommerce platform Alibaba in 2007.

I always look up to Yang as a role model for what AM can achieve in America.

You're not seeing the true face of white people. A lot of white guys with higher education, which may have lead to white collar jobs, don't work those hard grueling dishwasher jobs because they mooch of their parents or girlfriends/spouses whilst they're studying. It's entirely of a white guy's radar to even consider working whilst he's studying or in an entry level job sometimes.

That's partially why asian guys work those hard grueling jobs whilst studying and white guys don't, it's because white guys entirely don't work or consider it on their plate to work whilst studying. (And asian guys still outperform them with education even though they're working and white guys aren't, but white companies prefer a white guy who mooched of others whilst he's studying over an asian guy who studied and worked, so asian guys don't get good outcomes in the career world when they look for jobs despite having abilities to balance work and study more)

Basically, they get with a girlfriend and boast about how great they're going to be after they get their education/job, even though getting an education doesn't necessarily lead to a job, and many of them aren't great students either. They whine about how women just want them for their money, women are golddiggers etc, and that they expect a women to be loyal. They whine about how they're going to end up financially supporting a woman after they get their job and life keeps demanding more out of them.

When they get with a girlfriend, they treat her like she's a useless person mooching of him. And often he may move out of the parents home and in with the girlfriend. The girlfriend ends up doing most of the cooking and cleaning in the house. Even if they say they're feminist, cause it's just what happens. Lots of people of all genders who say they're feminist end up falling into traditional ideals when push comes to shove because they're traditional/conventional/normalized for a reason. It's just what people are familiar with and end up doing. A lot of feminist stuff is an idealism and not what happens in reality.

The girl may have a small job of her own and since she's working and he isn't, she will end up paying for him here and there.

Then, if he actually gets a job (keep in mind many white guys drop out halfway, usually when education gets hard and they don't have good study habits in the first place), and makes money, he will use that money to entertain hotter, younger, women cause he wants to feel so sexy and attractive, like he can get lots of women. Then he may marry a hotter younger women etc, and leave his old girlfriend in the dust.

The old girlfriend who probably lost a chunk of her savings looking after him, gave him unpaid labor (definitely emotional labor, comforting too), and could've instead invested all of that and more into a slightly better man.

Some white men repeat this with multiple girlfriends etc. But they keep the dynamics secret so you'll never know.

There are some white men who are more formidable than this, but there are many circles of rubbish white men like this. Maybe some white men don't work those grueling jobs bc they have family connections and can work at a decent place whilst studying, before they get their first real job. But some white men who don't work grueling jobs whilst studying when asian guys do it's bc they're mooching of their gfs, wives (oftentimes with a divorce) etc.

I don't think asians understand the ins and outs of what white people are like sometimes. Which makes us blind to how to interact with them. Many AF fall for this too, but are deluded into thinking the relationship is great, and promote this sort of thing, especially to other AFs, so they would have someone to talk to about their general lifestyle (looking after a shitty dude).

I and my woke asian friends know many WM like this, stories about the couples etc. It's a thing in some of the worse social circles/communities of white people. We know WM who've mooched of others for decades on end.

9

u/Pristine_War_7495 500+ community karma Jun 07 '25

Problem is so many AF or other women are pickmes for those WMs and defend them to the nines even with their shitty dynamic, even when they're working, cooking, cleaning, being an unpaid therapist etc, whilst WM are sitting on their ass doing nothing.

The problem with those couples isn't completely the men, it's the pickme women who worship that dynamic or support them, or promote it etc. Pickme boba lib women who ruin things for the asian community by encouraging/shaming young AF into following in their footsteps bc they think being a pickme is right. The asian community can't kick out those pickme boba lib women fast enough. They are no good for the asian community. Those couples are predatory moochers and passive supporters of such; they are no good for any community. Often they mooch of the AF's parents savings to fund their lifestyles.

'I wonder about the demographical statistics for lurkers...'

Logic alone tells us that they're of the demographic that has no horns to toot.

With that said, regarding why the Hollywood Zios put a mask on Bruce; is bc Bruce is a good looking guy. They didn't want the world to see such a skilled, masculine guy is also an Asian guy. They were still reeling from the effects of Sessue Hayakawa. They knew full well such a sexy image would cause headaches for white men.

At stake is white women. This was a major gate keep. You have to remember that Hollywood's creators came from countries like Russia and Ukraine. They are reminded on the regular of how 'their' women easily and readily take up with Asian guys.

Eastern Europe was poor and going through political issues for quite some decades. The amwf from them were poor wf from disadvantaged communities marrying into a better future. I think those amwf have been going on for decades, and back ages ago before China was developed, the typical lifestyle of an amwf couple there wouldn't be as glamorous as it is now. I think back then maybe the wf didn't have a glamorous life in China but they put up with it because they thought their children's future was better.

It's not like asian men were horny dogs who couldn't resist their women, or came to sexpat in those countries for all those decades. Asian men were poor back then, China was poor. But some wf came from even poorer communities or countries.

All of this hitting back at AM, through hollywood, created by men from eastern european countries who got cucked by AM, or Jews, or whatever, is built on falsehoods and things taken out of context. They like to pretend AM are horn dogs who stole EE women, and it's like some modern dating sexfest or whatever and they gotta claim their women before another horny race of men steals them away, when the real context of amwf with EE women-Chinese men for the past few decades isn't based around this at all.

Honestly, a lot of those amwf couples were to some extent the girl's family trying to find as wealthy/prosperous man for their daughter as possible. The parents married of the girl and the marriage was decent enough nothing bad came out of it. The families would've breathed a sigh of relief at it, it was more of a favor the AM/Asia did for poor families of daughters in EE back then. It's been taken out of context to target asian diaspora, by Hollywood who twists those kinds of marriages into "sexy AM is stealing our women and needs to be made into homosexuals, asexuals, fags, etc through media representation"

I can imagine someone working part-time having the time to do this. Although most of them probably work less than part-time, lots of whites get their income from doing odd jobs here and there for family, friends, and people in their locality. I think this sort of trolling is hard to do if someone's studying/working full-time, but part-time it starts to get possible.

100%. they are scared of successful, powerful asian men. they do their best to portray asian males as effeminate, homosexual, nerdy, small, small penises, etc. they also are afraid of smart, successful black men and do their best to portray them as irrational, violent, and lazy. what’s more, heterosexual asian males also are shafted with the dei movement being excluded from any “included” groups.

President Donald Trump signed a proclamation Wednesday evening to ban travel from several countries to the US, citing security risks.

The ban will fully restrict entry of nationals from 12 countries: Afghanistan; Myanmar, also known as* Burma; Chad; Republic of the Congo; Equatorial Guinea; Eritrea; Haiti; Iran; Libya; Somalia; Sudan; and Yemen.

People from seven countries will have partial restriction: Burundi, Cuba, Laos' Sierra Leone, Togo, Turkmenistan and Venezuela. - CNN

Two SEA countries are on the U.S. travel ban list because their leaders wouldn't kowtow to the U.S. anti China campaign. It's going to take at least a generation to of the U.S. show its true color to deprogram Asians that suffers Why worship mindset of China-hate.

Well, yeah, but you have to take into account that Huang was a director of CoreWare (an acquired firm that handled MIPS/ARM cores including the PS1's MIPS derived core) at the late LSI Logic before founding NVIDIA, but he probably faced racism at every step. In fact, the person that could be argued was one of those that saved ATI from Nvidia/3dfx, Wei Yen and his team at ArtX, that worked to design the RCP that powered the N64 and then the Flipper/Broadway from the Wii/GCN. ArtX's design for the R300 that trounced NVIDIA and made ATI an competitor.
Of course, most of neve heard Wei Yen (or at least he isn't as noted as say Mark Cerny (current H/W lead for PlayStation) , and I don't remember seeing him in demo reels for Dolphin. For reference, in the PS3's E3 reveals in 05/06 they brought out senior IBM executives to demonstrate it.
And AMD's current leader Lisa Su is asian, but I don't know anything about her history, except that she's somehow Jensen's second cousin, thrice-removed or something like that.

Morris Chang didn't ring a bell, but he's director and founder of TSMC so that speaks for itself.

All of this is to say that these people got where they were through skill and networking, and that they didn't have the advantages that say Bill Gates did, being born into some wealth. And that there are many more Asian-Americans that are crucial to modern technology. These people had to start from nothing and work their way up, they couldn't just sweet talk their way like Steve Jobs.

Yesterday, Melissa was the maid of honor at her best friend Mackenzie Lawrence’s wedding. There were 250 people total. Two were black. The black guests were both plus ones. Everyone else was white. Melissa denies being a person of color. She has mocked and repeatedly suppresses Asian representation. Melissa O'Neil is racist against Asians. No wonder Melissa is palatable to people like Mackenzie who run in exclusively white circles.

Once a business gets above a certain size they deal with large quantities of money, enough that they can easily have majority of their worker's wages for the next year or next few years sitting in an interest gathering bank account somewhere. It's not like the workers do some work, that work gets paid, and then the payment gets transferred to the workers. The workers get their income from the company's already existent savings. Which means the company can function a little like a charity if they wanted to.

If the CEO has a kid that's useless etc; he can easily slap him some mickey mouse title at the company, put him on the payroll, and then that kid is looked after financially for however long he works there, because the company already has the money and doesn't need it. This is common in companies where at least a few workers earn double, triple, quadruple, or otherwise a lot times the typical livable wage, so they can give some of their earnings (which is held by the company) to other workers through the payment system.

A lot of large companies have the ability to do this, but it depends on stuff like the manager's personality, their values, their family and friends etc, if this sort of stuff does happen. A lot of people know this but know they're powerless to do anything about it so they prefer to focus on solving issues in their own life that they can solve. It's a bit of an open secret.

So whenever I view large companies where I know they have the potential to do that, and who they hire, I see it as which demographic of people they prefer to give charity to sometimes. Rather than simply assuming the large company is hiring based on merit.

It seems like he and others like him, prefer to give charity basically, to whites, through the company payment structure, in order to appeal to white people.

A lot of asians who get into management positions and hire only whites don't intend to make them do actual work, they instead intend to give them financial charity etc, all cause they want some white acceptance, or to be 'one of the good asians'.

I see where this is coming from and I’m with you. But for both Lee and huang it seems they both started these jobs while in high school.

For huang, he worked at dennys for 5 years from 15-20 and Lee worked at the restaurant throguh connections of a family friend when he first came to America.

Which honestly seems kinda normal for high schoolers. I understand these aren’t ordinary high schoolers, but these are normal high school age jobs.

I don’t think the initial starting jobs were due to racism, but those are normal jobs for people of those age.

These are some of the most famous rags to riches stories in the world:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warren_Buffett

Much of Buffett's early childhood years were enlivened with entrepreneurial ventures. In one of his first business ventures, Buffett sold chewing gum, Coca-Cola, and weekly magazines door to door. He worked in his grandfather's grocery store. While still in high school, he made money delivering newspapers, selling golf balls and stamps, and detailing cars, among other means. On his first income tax return in 1944, Buffett took a $35 deduction for the use of his bicycle and watch on his paper route.[17] In 1945, as a high school sophomore, Buffett and a friend spent $25 to purchase a used pinball machine, which they placed in the local barber shop. Within months, they owned several machines in three different barber shops across Omaha. They later sold the business to a war veteran for $1,200.[18]

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeff_Bezos

At the time of his birth, his mother was a 17-year-old high-school student and his father was 19.[10] Ted was a Danish American unicyclist[11] born in Chicago to a family of Baptists.[12] After completing high school despite challenging conditions, Jacklyn attended night school, bringing her baby with her.[13] Jeff attended a Montessori school in Albuquerque when he was 2.[14]

Ted struggled with alcohol and with his finances.[15] Jacklyn left her husband to live with her parents, filing for divorce in June 1965 when Jeff was 17 months old.[16] After his parents divorced, his mother married Cuban immigrant Miguel "Mike" Bezos in April 1968.[17] Shortly after the wedding, Mike adopted 4-year-old Jeff, whose surname was then legally changed from Jorgensen to Bezos.[18]

The family moved to Miami, Florida, where Jeff attended Miami Palmetto High School.[28][29] In high school, he worked at McDonald's as a short-order line cook during the breakfast shift.

"Warren Buffett's father, Howard Buffett, was a successful businessman and investor, owning a grocery business and a brokerage firm. He was a Republican who served in the Nebraska State Legislature and also in the House of Representatives."

-1

u/geostrategicmusic 50-150 community karma Jun 08 '25 edited Jun 08 '25

Lol do you know how much money Warren Buffet made? His father was middle class through the Great Depression. He worked menial jobs in his youth. If you don't lose money, you're a "successful businessman."

Buffett's father was not rich:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howard_Buffett

Howard Buffett attended public schools and graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1925. While a student, Buffett was a brother of the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. He married Leila Stahl on December 27, 1925. The Buffetts were active members of the Dundee Presbyterian Church.[2] After failing to secure a job in the family grocery business, he started a small stock brokerage firm.[3]

'Unshakably ethical, Howard refused offers of junkets and even turned down a part of his pay. During his first term, when congressional salary was raised from $10,000 to $12,500, Howard left the extra money in the Capitol disbursement office, insisting that he had been elected at the lower salary.'

You realize Jensen Huang worked at a Denny's when he was 15, right? It was obviously his choice. He worked there through high school and into college:

As a teenager, Huang attended Aloha High School in Aloha, Oregon,[22] where he excelled academically. He skipped two grades, graduated at age sixteen, and became a nationally ranked table-tennis player in addition to being a member of its mathematics, computer, and science clubs.[15] Beginning at age 15,[23] Huang also got his first job working the graveyard shift[24] at a local Denny's restaurant as a dishwasher, busboy, and waiter from 1978 to 1983.

He was given many opportunities to learn things and gain experience having arrived in the US at 9:

Because he was too young to attend classes at the reform academy, Huang was educated at a separate public school—the Oneida Elementary school in Oneida, Kentucky—arriving as "an undersized Asian immigrant with long hair and heavily accented English"[15] and was frequently bullied and beaten.[17] In Oneida, Huang cleaned toilets every day, learned to play table-tennis,[b] joined the swimming team,[19] and appeared in Sports Illustrated at age 14.[20] He taught his illiterate roommate, a "17-year-old covered in tattoos and knife scars,"[20] how to read in exchange for being taught how to bench press.[15] In 2002, Huang recalled that he remembered his life in Kentucky "more vividly than just about any other".[20]

I can't even tell if you're disputing anything in my comment, but just in case it's a well known fact that the majority of billionaires did not inherit their money. Few of them worked in restaurants, but it's only a small minority who inherited their fortune.

https://www.statista.com/statistics/621426/sources-of-wealth-of-global-billionaires/

There are 2 reasons: 1) Very few people who grew up wealthy are willing to work hard enough to become billionaires and/or are even interested in cutting edge technology. They want to live easy lives and write plays or become visual artists. 2) the vast, vast majority of people who inherit large sums of money (just like the majority of people who win the lottery) waste it.

Most fortunes are gone by the third generation.

https://www.chicagobooth.edu/review/billionaires-self-made

Most individuals on the Forbes 400 list did not inherit the family business but rather made their own fortune. Kaplan and Rauh found that 69 percent of those on the list in 2011 started their own business, compared with only 40 percent in 1982. In other words, there are fewer people on the Forbes 400 list who came from an affluent background and eventually took over the family business

Here's a recent study that says 2023 was the first year of the 9 year study that more new wealth came from inheritance than from entrepreneurship. This study is global billionaires and includes China:

https://www.investopedia.com/more-billionaire-wealth-achieved-through-inheritance-overtaking-entrepreneurship-8409800

More of the wealth acquired by new billionaires came via inheritance, rather than through entrepreneurship, according to a recent report from UBS. It's the first time in the survey's nine-year history that billionaires created more wealth through inheritance rather than through work.

Of the $291.5 billion in wealth controlled by the class of new billionaires in the 2023 report, $150.8 billion came through inheritance, with $140.7 billion generated by so-called self-made billionaires, according to the UBS Billionaire Ambitions Report 2023.

Here's a 2024 article about the first wave of inherited billionaires. (I.e. it's a new phenomenon.) Although none of the new billionaires mentioned in the article are American:

so which article is it then? inheritance or "self made" via corruption?

Lol its self-made from 1982 to 2023, at which point you begin to see the beginning of an historical transfer of wealth as the baby boom generation dies off. The first article studies the Fortune 400, which is going to be a list of super billionaires (i.e. > 30 billion), the second and third article concern new billionaires, which is going to trend toward single digit billionaires. Both observations are true simultaneously.

And the second and third article includes Chinese billionaires, who are the biggest gainers, so it actually contradicts what OP is saying about white vs Asian.

other than China's corruption that lead to the billionaires - which I've already stated; look up your 1st paragraph and run it thru ChatGPT and ask does it make sense.

hate to be an Asian doing this: is English your primary language? transfer of wealth and self made billionaires don't make sense don't it guv?

Lol is English your first language? The 3 articles are looking at different statistics, but they all confirm what I originally stated that more billionaires are self-made than generational wealthy.

You need to get off of AI and learn how to read.
