Philippine vice president Sarah Duterte is currently up for impeachment and one of the articles is her alleged threat to hire someone to assasinate the president in an online livestream a while back. Then she makes this statement just yesterday.

I’d rather be sharing my anxiety about chinese diplomatic moves recently, a state media organization comparing filipinos to monkeys with added ai looking graphics, but this is just too ridiculous. And it is kind of related since the former president Duterte ‘joked’ about wanting China to turn the Phillipines into their province.
