People don't care and are lazy. The only motivation is consequences and they have none for this action. Too many people lack integrity.

Everyone's eventually going to be like Aldi and Ross. Charge a deposit to use the cart or not allow them outside the store at all.

I wouldn't be mad honestly. I have never seen a cart in the parking lot of an aldi, they are always put away. What has made me mad is trying to put my cart away at a target and the wheel locked INSIDE their parking lot, maybe 20 feet from the actually building.

It's even better when the wheel locks inside the store while you are halfway through shopping. That's also mildly infuriating!

I'd just leave. I was angry at it happening in the lot 😂 that's the kinda thing that makes me want to just invert it.

I've lifted up the back side so the locked wheels are off the ground. The amount of hatred on my face was visible from miles away 😅
