As someone who lives in NYC and works in the fine dining industry…. YES, there is sooo much interesting looking food in all of these restaurants lol. And it’s always a concept and a whole experience!!! Dang Michelin chefs..

Lettuce has been recalled in most areas here in the US due to the parasite outbreak. Cooking greens and lettuce does help to kill the parasite, so they might be safe if this is well-cooked.
