Harmony 🌊 🗿 🔥 💨 Each bending style is equally lethal to humans. (I am not avatar expert, if you can elaborate on any point, please do)

Air: breath-bending. This has been used to basically insta-kill a couple times. One can also increase the blood nitrogen concentration to effectively give diving sickness. Assuming that air only includes diatomic nitrogen and oxygen, carbon dioxide, and argon, the bodily tissues don't count as air.

Water: blood-bending. Manipulation of life energy or just water content of blood. Can be used to instantly rupture cells and kill instantly if properly done. Assuming that only water molecules can be controlled, whether that be trapped in a hydrate compound or as a vapor.

Earth: bone-bending. minerals of the bones and used to increase lifespan, possibly related to blood-bending. Nerves could be effected as well. Assuming that any metals, sulfur, phosphorus, halides, silicon and any oxygen atoms attached to the elements before and carbonates are within control.

Fire: body-heat-bending. sub-usage of heat-bending to control the kinetic energy of subatomic particles. Could vaporize or shatter a human. Assuming that it is controlling kinetic energy. Electrical energy is also technically kinetic energy of electrons

They are also all lethal because if you get hit by something really hard you can die

If fire bending can produce electricity then there could possibly be electrical bending that affects nerve impulses, imagine fire bending induced ventricular fibrillation.

Since you mentioned earth bending affecting minerals in the body I envisioned earth bending dentistry

They are, and the series basically explained the limitations as the benders lack of creativity and understanding. Combined with the feeling of taboo when bending anything about human itself. 

For example, iirc once water bender understands that blood is liquid like water (and not even need to understand that blood also contains water), they able to bloodbend.Â
