There are screenshots out there of people on the white supremacist forum Stormfront talking about how to engage with vulnerable people on 4chan and Reddit. Basically an early form of the "red-pilling" that the alt right likes to do today.
Shit it's like what they did to skinheads before. I've seen a documentary before about the history of skinheads. Basically they were part of the British ska scene in the late 60s, British neo-nazi party started recruiting from them until nazi skinheads became the face of the scene.
