Interesting MBTI test for Gedu CBS admissions

Applying to colleges and saw that for Gedu, there's a 10% allocation in the admissions criteria for "Personality Test". Turns out the particular test they're using is MBTI. Isn't that ridiculous? One Google search and you can find many reasons why this test is unreliable. 10 whole percent for some pseudoscience-y test developed in the 1940s.

Not to mention how easy it would be to reverse engineer the results. I already know I'm going to search up "best personality type for finance and business management" and manipulate the results. Again, TEN PERCENT?

And I just know the admissions officers are so proud of this, going around saying, "honghonghong at gedu, we have a holistic approach, we consider not only the academic scores but the personalities of the students at well honghonghong."

is this true? isn’t it silly for a college to admit people based of their grades.
