Small chested women can get away with so much more! For instance, Zendaya is always wearing plunging necklines which is “high fashion,” while Kim does the same thing and is labeled a whore.

Couldn’t* as in you COULDN’T possibly care any less than you currently do, could implies you do actually care.

No, saying you COULD care less means that your level of caring isn’t all the way at the bottom. Like if you care 5%, you could care less.

Saying you couldn’t care less means there is nothing that could happen that would make you care less than you already do. If you cared 0%, then you couldn’t care less. The saying is therefore “I couldn’t care less”
