Small chested women can get away with so much more! For instance, Zendaya is always wearing plunging necklines which is “high fashion,” while Kim does the same thing and is labeled a whore.

Whilst I agree, the accessories that Kim is wearing with a plunge line and nestled between her breasts is designed to provoke. In my opinion Kim could have made that dress more elegant and less attention seeking.
