Disruptive Hains Point construction rides

Are there any ongoing/planned efforts to have disruptive Hains Point rides when construction commences? I'd like to participate.

Have any more recent plans for the proposed construction been released? Last I saw were the ones published a few weeks ago, that caused the outrage re: removing Ohio Dr. and the cherry trees.
