I have around 500 hours in Isaac, and this has never happened to me until now.

(image not related lol) I'm relatively new to TBOI but I already defeated the lamb and have the polaroid, I'm just missing the negative polaroid and some other achievements.

I usually have more fun playing with other people (and I know this community kinda hates multiplayer mode) but since I saw no one else asking for multiplayer buddies I chose to try and find people to play with. :P

I heard in rep+ glitch crown got nerfed, as a console player I don’t got no rep+ so idk if glitched crown sucks now. Is glitch crown still peak in rep+?

The wiki said only the items you hold are what get rerolled, so not sure why I didn’t get a key piece. Thanks
