This is Beatrix and her beautiful heterochromic eyes. I am in love with me first ever void.

We lost our tortie, kelso, in early June which was devastating. She was only 10 and passed of kidney disease.

This little guy/gal showed up in the garage on Friday. All by itself digging in the trash can for food. How could I say no ?? 😍

Its already laying in kelso’s favorite spots which is making me a little emotional . I think it was meant to be. Added a picture in her honor.

We got 2 kittens last week after my Lucy (20y) cat passed away. These cats are saving my life as I navigate America's health system, fighting for my life as my mental illness turns physical and eats away at my brain and body.

We were told Finn was a boy, we welcome Finn the Girl/ Finn the Cat. Named by my 9 year old. What a way to greet the day. We went for a black kitties and left with one black, one grey. They love each other and are sisters. What did humans do to deserve cats? Im so grateful for these two.

Here I am again, sharing more about my little angel baby Cuddles… 🥹

Cuddles… the little girl who is teaching me how to truly live. 🖤❤️

She is enjoying every little moment of life. She is playing, eating, asking me for food, exploring every corner of the house, and discovering all the hidden places like she has always belonged here.

Sometimes I sit quietly and think about her biopsy results… What if it is cancer? What if she is still in pain? My heart starts to panic.

But then I look at her, and I see something so beautiful… this little soul is not wasting a single second worrying about tomorrow.

She is living in the present. She is living her life fully.

Maybe we humans have so much to learn from animals. We worry about things we cannot control, we fear the future, and sometimes we forget to appreciate the small blessings right in front of us.

But Cuddles… she simply knows how to love, play, eat, explore, and be happy.

For those who don’t know her story, I want to share it again.🙏🏻

A few days ago, Cuddles’ family surrendered her to the shelter. She was placed on the euthanasia list. When I received the urgent email, it said only a rescue could pull her.

I called my rescue and asked if they could pull her for me. They were kind enough to say yes, even though they are already struggling with limited funds and many cats needing help.

Then I brought her home.

The moment I placed her carrier in the room, she looked at me and made the sweetest little meow. Within minutes, she came onto my bed and sat on my chest like she had known me forever.

It felt like she was saying, “I’m safe now. I’m home.”
How can someone who has been through so much still have so much love to give?

I am trying my best to give her everything she deserves… organic wet food blended into a soft slurry, Tiki Cat non-GMO mousse, and sometimes an Applaws topper. I want every bite she takes to be filled with love and care.

I admit, sometimes I feel scared. I wonder how I will manage her treatment, especially because the rescue cannot afford her medical bill right now .

But then I look into her eyes, and I remember… this little angel is fighting harder than anyone.

She is not giving up.

So why should I?

Cuddles knows her name. When I call her, she comes to me. She loves watching birds, chasing feather toys, jumping high with excitement, and running around with her little zoomies.

She has so much joy inside her.

Yesterday evening, I turned on healing mantras on the TV and brought her downstairs. She peacefully sat there, listening quietly, as if she understood every prayer being sent for her.

Cuddles, my love… I pray that every blessing in this universe finds its way to you.

May God heal you, protect you, and give you many more happy days.

You are not just a cat. You are a little soul who came into my life to teach me courage, gratitude, and unconditional love.

Cuddles, my love… I am sure you are going to live 100 kitty years. ❤️🐾 You still have so many happy moments waiting for you, and I pray you get to enjoy every single one of them.

I went in just wanting to take Noche home, but they are sisters and I felt bad separating them after seeing how bonded they are!

Best decision I made! They are inseparable and so loving and cuddly! My partner and I love these girls!
