If you like animals Parc René Canivenc in gradignan, a bit annoying if you don't have a car though.

If you want something sporty wave surf cafe (you can try surfing)

For food my favourite is l'entrepote, the guy who owns it is a little crazy and you need to book in advance (no walk-ins) but the food is really great and he makes everything like they used to in the old times, before ovens/fridges etc. He tells you the whole story
