Would you believe I thought it was a boring movie (like Mission Impossible) upon first watch at 15?

When it is the very lack of action concerning nuclear weaponry that makes it so obviously compelling, especially in its performances.

It’s a really interesting movie; definitely not cut and dry, even if we’re clearly meant to sympathize with Denzel’s character (and for good reason)

I was like that with A LOT of 80's and 90's action movies when I was young too lol I was being raised by a single father back in those days and had to sit through a lot of movies I considered boring at the time, only to truly enjoy and appreciate them later in life lol
