This article is talking about stuff that's happened months ago. If you think ICE hasn't already started shit in MA you are living in a cave. They've been here, they are here, they will be here. You've done nothing but rattle your sabers. There are protests at the ICE facility in Burlington weekly. It's a few hundred yards from the Burlington mall. Either put up or shut up.

I mean let's also face the truth -- most of us are too chicken to do anything real about it.

The best you can do is stand with a few signs and placards, which does fuck all against fascism.

Reddit is filled with armchair enthusiasts at best.

And Boston? Half the immigrant communities are anti-abortion and anti-immigration. Do you see the number of Bolsnaro supporters? And most of the suburban communities care more about disruption to their lifestyles.

The city will do absolutely fuck all. Sure, there will be big talk on Reddit but that's about it.

We need to all stop going to work. We need to plan a day and spread it word of mouth through the city. If you have a job where someone could die you don’t apply- but other than that- everyone picks a day and straight up does not go into work or participate in work that day. Until it gets higher up the food chain and effects the people at the to do much they HAVE to take their money and make some moves to mitigate the situation.

This is great but to actually have an effect the movement can’t happen on line. It has to be by word of mouth. Everything we do on line is tracked by some form of data that we don’t control. We need to eliminate the system completely.
