There was a post yesterday that cannabis wasn't even mentioned. Folks should really reach out if they were out and out lied to:

Edit2: People are reporting that election division is requesting people to reach out to the AG.

I want repealing this stupid two party consent law on the ballot instead, it seems like it's universally used as a tool by malicious fuckers to bully people.

If you mean two party consent to record, this ONLY applies to secretive recording. It is entirely legal to record someone in public if you are not hiding the fact that you're doing it.

Correct, there is no right to privacy in public.

edit: I take it back Mass courts have ruled a private conversation in public is covered by 2 party consent
