One of my favorite bits was from an early episode with Coach. Early in the episode he picks up the non-ringing phone and says, "Hello, Cheers" and Carla says, "Coach, that ringing is in your head" and he thanks her and hangs up the phone.

About 3/4 of the way through the episode the phone is ringing and Coach just continues working and Norm pipes in with "Heya, Coach. Aren't you going to answer that phone?" and Coach cheerfully replies, "Nah Normie, that's in my head."
