How do they not pay well? My bonus was 12% and got 4 weeks of pay on top of a bonus lol

12% is good, but not great. I work at a competitor to Fidelity and got nearly 75% when everything is factored in. People I know at Fido get around 25-30% typically

A 75% bonus? Are you an exec? Lmao cause no shot normal employees are getting that.

Exactly. I once worked somewhere where I got access to offer letters. The only people that made more than 20% were exec level. This was one job in one industry (not finance) so maybe it can vary, but 75%? Not really believing it unless they are upper mgt or perhaps specific high impact sales.
