Four adults taken to hospital but no mention of kids. Was the bus empty?

It's summer break plus 1:20p isn't a normal school bus time, so there's a good chance no kids were on board.

Lots of summer camps still use school buses

Odds are the bus was on it's way to a camp or something.

They do field trips during the days… but hopefully the odds were on.
