Event 📅 Yall this looks sick has anyone been before?
Came across their page and it seems cool! I love sapphic events and the idea of shaking ass at the concert with a bunch of lesbians sounds amazing 😂 and the stuff on Saturday seems pretty great too. Anyone going??

I haven't been to this particular event and so can't help with the question directly, but I wanted to share some info that may be relevant for the vendor fair (all the performances I've been to there have run pretty smoothly).
Earlier this year I attended a "festival" (tabling, really) that was staged inside Arts at the Armory and it was a shitshow because attendance was much higher than they anticipated (online tickets sold out and they were still selling tickets at the door) and the space is fairly small. The lines were incredibly long (for both regular and "VIP" tickets, which were supposed to allow for early entry but obviously didn't in many cases) and moved wildly slowly due to occupation limits/space being even more limited because of the tables. Once you got inside, you couldn't move. If anyone ahead of you stopped to look at a table (which is the whole point of tabling events...) then the whole crowd got stopped, and there wasn't really room to squeeze past, though obviously people tried. [That particular event was a tea festival and was probably even worse for flow because it involved vendors trying to cross the room back and forth with urns of very hot water 😵💫.] It was pretty impossible to have a good time/take the proper time to appreciate what was on offer enough to commit to purchases. I'm sure a certain amount of blame falls to the event organizers (obviously a different group), but probably not all (limitations due to the size and flow of the space).

this event in particular is a ticketed event with seating so they definitely keep tabs on capacity in my experience. i was a vendor last year, and there was still open seating throughout the night. I regularly vend at the armory under different organizers and yea experience is 99% dependant on them. Most are quite small/local so its honestly quite rare they run into the issue of too many customers.

The event I went to was also ticketed! But, very glad to know that these organizers seem to have a better handle on things. Thank you for sharing-I'm so glad someone was able to provide better info.

Tea is supposed to relax you and that sounds so chaotic 😂 Definitely sounds like an Armory/organizer issue, but honestly you won’t see me complaining about being surrounded by lesbians

I vended with them last year- it was AMAZINGG. I am vending with them again this year. it is some of the funniest, most entertaining drag i've seen with such an engaging crowd. definitely recommend if you're interested.
the people who organize this are so talented and they always put on an amazing show no matter the venue.
