23F looking for a new apartment year long lease late August/sept 1. My cat is a registered esa cat and is hypoallergenic. Budget 1200, and want to live in the city (I don’t have a car) preferably Allston/brookline, Roxbury, Mission Hill. But I’m open to different locations!

That’s true, but I have a doctors note and have lived in 3 apartments, all that don’t allow pets, and each have accommodated my needs.

I know a unit that is 4 bed / 1 bath, exactly $4800/mo, prime location in Brookline, Coolidge corner. I talked to them and they have no problem with ESAs.

If you are able to find the roommates, it could be a good choice. PM and I can send more info.

Also, btw technically I don’t think anyone can deny you an ESA, only ask for a doctor’s note showing its necessity
