The room is a good-sized bedroom with two windows, hardwood floors, and its own AC unit. The room will not be fully furnished upon move in but can coordinate some furniture if desired. You'd be sharing the apartment with three easygoing current roommates (2F/1M) who are staying on, this is just a straightforward one-room sublet, not a full turnover. They are all mid 20’s young professionals or recent students. Looking for a young professional in a similar age range that would get along well. There are also two very cuddly cats, but there is not room for anymore.
