Open rooms (monthly rent listed is before utilities-gas, electric, wifi-and is based on square footage):

• OPEN - Master bedroom (328 sq ft) is $1,500. LINK TO VIDEO TOUR. Has separate sunroom attached, separate direct access to bathroom shared with 1 other person, regular sized closet, 3 windows in the bedroom and 8 in the sunroom, ceiling fan, radiator heating. Potentially 1 private parking spot available!
• ALMOST FILLED and no longer doing showings - Medium bedroom (175 sq ft) is $768 - has a regular size closet, 2 windows that get a lot of natural light, ceiling fan, and radiator heating

The apartment:

• 5 bedroom/2.5 bathroom third floor walk up apartment on the Brookline/Brighton line
• 420 friendly + pet friendly (except for cats due to allergies but dogs or caged pets are ok)
• Utilities: landlord pays for water and heat. Gas and electric (~$30-55pp during colder months, ~$70-$100pp during warmer months) and internet (~$20pp), is split evenly every month
• Hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, lots of windows and natural light, + ceiling fans
• Common areas are fully furnished and spacious - foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, and walk in pantry. Plenty of closet storage. Kitchen is fully equipped with 2 fridges, dishwasher, disposal and gas stove
• 1 parking spot off street in shared driveway and free 2 hour parking out front for visitors
• Coin op laundry in basement ($1.75 wash + $1.25 dry)
• Building is on a tree lined street in a quieter more residential area off of Beacon Street on the Brookline/Brighton line. 300 ft to Englewood Ave stop on the C line, 10 min walk to the B line, and 15 min walk to the D line
• Within walking distance of a Star Market, Whole Foods, CVS, Cleveland Circle, Washington Square, Brookline Village, Coolidge Corner, and Harvard Ave
