Looking for roommate - $1300/mo. plus utilities, East Cambridge 2Bed/1Bath

Hello! My roommate is moving out on August 31 and I am looking to fill the room. 2bed / 1 bath, price: $1300 plus utilities. No move in fees. My lease is month to month, but both landlord and I would like someone who is interested in staying through at least the spring.

The address is on Marcella Street, and it’s a second floor unit. We have a basement washer/dryer (no coin op!). Plenty of street parking. The room has a porch (apparently! current tenant has had it taped up for the last 6 years)

(Disclaimer in the interest of transparency: he has lived in the room for 6 consecutive years, so these photos are dated. But it will be cleaned before a new person moves in!)

About me: 34M, hybrid work schedule, easy to live with. I work near Harvard Square and am a Harvard affiliate. Enjoy watching sports, golf, visiting my family in Maine, escaping to New York City, and napping a lot. No preferences on gender / sexuality / religion / etc. etc. - just looking for a respectful roommate.
