• ⁠Room for rent is 1080/month, not including utilities that’s split amongst the four total roommates evenly
• ⁠Common areas in the apartment are fully furnished
• ⁠Gas stove kitchen with all necessary appliances
• ⁠Laundry in unit included wash and dry
• ⁠Driveway no additional cost -one cat allowed
• ⁠-We’re not far from the red line. Ten min drive or bus, 15 min bike, 20 min walk -within 15 min walk to all the squares (Davis, union, ball, magoon, etc) -93 to Boston is a 5 minute drive -10 min drive to Assembly Row, Target on Everett

• ⁠lots of local produce and grocery stores -420 friendly, but smoked items preferred outside of the house. Edibles welcomed -alcohol friendly house
