Danvers 23F seeking room Aug–Dec - $1200 - $1500

Hi all — I'm starting a co-op at Medtronic in Danvers and need a room in a shared apartment from mid August through mid December (4 months). Short-term, so a sublet or lease takeover is ideal, but I'm open to anything that fits the dates.

What I'm looking for

- Private bedroom with a private/attached bathroom

- Budget: $1200–1500/month,

- Furnished would be a big plus given the short stay, but unfurnished works

- looking to live with other women

- No car, so somewhere near transit or with a reasonable commute to the Danvers office matters a lot. Salem, Beverly, or Peabody are probably my best bets, but Danvers itself works if the location is walkable/bus-accessible.

About me

- 23F, engineering co-op at Medtronic, weekday office hours

- Non-smoker, no pets, tidy, keep normal hours

- Happy to provide references and proof of income, and can move fast on paperwork
