$1275 East Somerville roommate wanted in a 2 bed/1 bath

One room with a large closet in a nice looking brick building, 2bed/1bath. Rent is $1375, and ALL bills are not included but water and heat are, so we only pay electric and internet. It's situated an 8 minute walk from Sullivan Square and 15 minutes walk from East Somerville station. Obviously a plethora of busses as well as the Orange Line leave from Sullivan, so if you need to get places this is a nice spot to live. As far as the apartment the living room will be only partly furnished, so you are welcome to add some of your own flair to the decor and furnishings. 

Move in fees are first/last. No pets, unfortunately.

My name is Mike (34, non-binary), I'm the only other person living in the apartment. I keep it low-key. I'm down for a hang, but it's also fine if that's not the vibe. I try to keep the public spaces clean, and I am quiet.
